• Full payment is required to confirm your spot in a workshop.

• Fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop date.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the workshop.

• Refund requests are processed within 10 business days.

3. Participant Responsibilities

To ensure a productive and enjoyable experience, participants must:

• Follow instructions provided by instructors.

• Use provided materials responsibly and respectfully.

• Notify us of any concerns or challenges that may affect participation.

4. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, patterns, and designs are the intellectual property of TheCraftyLife.

• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of materials is prohibited.

• Items created during workshops belong to the participants.

5. Liability Disclaimer

TheCraftyLife is not responsible for:

• Injuries or damages resulting from participant negligence.

• Loss or theft of personal belongings during workshops.

• Disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms as necessary. Changes will be communicated via email or our website.
